Service rating : i loved the product very very much but i am bemused that if i order as late as 2pm you guarantee delivery that day, however if i take the time to order for eg 2 days beforehand, my order does not arrive till late on the day requested! the first time i realised this was going to happen i rang and agitated for an earlier delivery. the second (this week) my flowers werent there till later. so i`m not sure - next time should i be slack - not give you any notice at all and my flowers arrive at the same time as when i give you heaps of notice! just my thoughts!

Service rating : I spent a fair bit of money on my order (the delivery charge was also the highest I have seen on other websites) and I had to tell my mother about her surprise Mother’s Day Gift due to the 12 hour window this florist had given. They blamed it on Mother’s Day, when I actually had ordered it the day before so I could request them to arrive by 2pm, I don’t think that’s much to ask considering I gave them between 7am-2pm to arrive. They said they put the request in but it wasn’t guaranteed and even took a screenshot of information they had on their website. If you have so much time to write emails back and forth, then I’m sure you can communicate to your drivers about a request that is not even that difficult to meet. I mean come on, between 7am-2pm is not guaranteed??? I could drive across the whole of NSW in this time. So my mother had to cancel all her plans for the day because I was just a number to these guys. To make matters worse, I haven’t seen my mother in a few months due to the corona virus pandemic. I wont be placing orders here again.
