Service rating : The ordering was straightforward and easy. Unfortunately I especially requested that they be delivered to the church prior to 11am and paid extra fir this.
By 1055am these flowers had still not turned up and the funeral cars had arrived. I had to ring and find out why they had not arrived only to be told that the driver got held up by traffic and it had taken him over one hour and that he would be there in about 5-10 mins.
The service commenced and still no flowers. Approximately 12 mins into the service I saw one of the White Ladies place our wreath on the altar.
Do not understand why it took him over an hour to get there as I was under the assumption I had ordered them from around Warriewood/Mona Vale. Also do not understand why I was not contacted about the delay as you had all my details. Trying to find out what had gapped whilst trying to comfort grieving relatives was not ideal.

Service rating : I ordered 2 wreaths for funeral service on the 7th Sept. Put a note to say the flowers in to be there by 7 pm as the service began at that time.
I was there from 7 to 9 pm, the flowers nowhere to be seen.
Could you please send us proved that you delivered the flowers on time?
Worse thing, 1 of the wreath we ordered was on behalf of a friend. We were embarrassed when she couldn`t find it at the service.
I hope there is an explanation to this.
