Service rating : I wanted to send some flowers for my friends birthday. I placed my order a week prior to delivery. The day of delivery I received two calls to say that my order couldn’t be placed as they didn’t have the flowers at the market and a replacement bunch would be sent. When they arrived they had to wrong card message - addressed to someone’s grandmother for Mother’s Day. I emailed customer service last night with photos of the wrong card and to explain my disappointment and have had no response or apology.

Service rating : Ok so the service was fantastic and they made it easy. All I wanted was to take out the lillies as they are quite a strong smelling flower and these were being delivered to my dying cousin. The photo of the received flowers was completely different to what was on the internet. There was hardly any greenery as that was part of the attraction. (No peppercorn branches, no gum leaves, no maroon leaves, and I had asked for more roses but by the looks of the picture there weren’t extra put in). So I was very disappointed with the end result, and especially with the amount of money spent $200!!! I had ordered elegant winter vase arrangement.

Service rating : I ordered a "balloon bouquet" for my grandson with a phone order specifying the number and colour of the balloons. The balloons that arrived were much smaller (really tiny) than illustrated, there were only 4 when I ordered (and paid for) 5, and they were not in the correct colours. It was a such a comically sad looking "bouquet" that we all had to laugh when they came to the door. By the next morning they had all
completely lost their helium and lay sadly on the ground. It was the lamest $45 present that I have ever given.

I have ordered a bouquet of peonies and I guess since it wasn`t their season, some of the flowers we received were brown and dry. We shared the feedback with the Flowers for Everyone team - Julie. She was very attentive and understood our disappointment. We were offered to be sent another bouquet with Dolce Vita roses.
The new bouquet was amazing! We are very happy with the speed and care Julie handled the situation :)!

Service rating : The system allowed me to place an oder for a flower bundle that was not actually available for the destination I needed. This resulted in someone calling me up and advising me they had to change my order. The website ought never have allowed me to place the order.
The password I chose was truncated without any warning, meaning I had to submit a `forgot my password` request to retrieve it. Doing that posted me my password in clear text rather than triggering a proper password reset. This is insecure.
I have no idea if my order was ever delivered. I got no confirmation.
Product : I have no idea what the flowers were like. My friend in hospital never mentioned them, so, for all I know they never arrived. I`d ask him but he`s just had major surgery and has better things to worry about.
