Service rating : The flowers themselves were lovely. The courier tried to deliver them to a place that had security and they would not allow them insider to actually deliver the flowers. They asked me if I had a private address that they could be delivered to rather than a work place but unfortunately I don’t have the persons address. I asked could I pls be refunded but they declined. An unfortunate situation really.

I organized a school delivery and it wasn’t flagged in the system and as a result didn’t arrive until 4pm. I called customer service to see what could be done and they were no help. Only thing they said they could do was reschedule the delivery to the next day and there was no compensation for the mistake at all.

Was not impressed with what was delivered. As a native flower grower myself, I had selected a bouquet that specifically incorporated flowers that we grow, for my mothers 60th Birthday. I was very disappointed to see that what was delivered was nothing at all like what I had ordered. I understand that there may be slight variations from time to time, but I would have expected some contact to discuss variation. I was not contacted about any variation and furthermore, what was delivered was absolutely nothing like what I had ordered.
