Service rating : I never received a notification or text message to advise me that my flowers are ready for pick up. I had to call in, their phone seemed to not be working. So I called the contact centre. They were lovely, helped and apologised about the phone problem. However in store, the two ladies were monotone, just those small talk greetings. As if she just wanted to get the transaction done and dusted so I could leave quickly. Product : The flowers were beautiful. However, I have realised that majority of the times when I purchase flowers from this store, there are some flowers that are already dying and not completely fresh.
