Order undelivered, as requested product out of stock. Very disappointing as there was not indication at time of online purchase. The staff were very kind to make suggestions of a solution for this Friday, if stock becomes available. I would have chosen a different company to deliver a similar product, had I known of the delay possibility at time of purchase. Hopefully there will be a gift received, as intended, for the recipient by the end of the week.
