They contacted me to check my order was correct ( I ordered a sympathy wreath as a joke, they tried to change my mind to a bouquet) but did not mention they didn`t have the box of chocolates I had ordered to go with his flowers. Then I received an email telling me this and what they had replaced the chocolates with, which was a happy birthday bar and an I heart(love heart picture) U block. Something I would have never send my Dad, maybe my husband but not my Dad. I had ordered flowers to be sent the same day with a gift to my sister too, they also changed the chocolate in her gift to something she hates!!!
