Service rating : If i could give them zero stars i would. Ordered the Marshmellow Mumbo pack which was supposed to come with Marshmellow candy and a Ecoya candle, neither of which was delivered. When i emailed them to tell them i was disappointment to hear my friend didn`t receive the whole delivery they then apologised and offered to send it out to her the next day and was "really sorry". I didn`t expect this and was so Happy!! I emailed them back thanking them saying that would be great!! alerted my friend she would receive the rest of her gift..
10 days later it still hasn`t arrived. Its so embarrassing to tell someone they are getting something that doesn`t arrive. Shame on you. Will NEVER use this company again. nothing but over promises and under delivery.

Nice service of delivery driver and staffs.But I placed my order more than one week. And staff just call me one day before delivery and told me that they do not have those flowers I ordered and need to replace by another flowers. Just a bit disappointing to interrupt my plan.
