2021-07-18 Service rating : The ordering process was quick and easy and I was super happy with next day delivery especially as I ordered in the evening. The only reason why they lost a star was because the scented candle I ordered wasn’t delivered and instead sent a different candle (I wasn’t notified that it would be substituted or that they didn’t have any in stock). And normally it wouldn’t be an issue but I specifically chose that candle scent because I knew it was the recipients favourite Ecoya scent.
Apart from that, communication about delivery and ordering process was fantastic.
