Service rating : They rang me on the morning of the delivery and told me my product wasn’t available, I paid for a product with 40 roses and received a product with 22 roses. This extremely disappointing as I paid for a decent arrangement and when it turned up the kangaroo paw was very sad looking. How they didn’t know that this wouldn’t be available the day before is beyond me I would’ve cancelled my order and gone somewhere else I would not recommend this company, no one has emailed me back in regards to my complaint extremely disappointing. Would not recommend this business.
