I was very dissapointed with the quality of the basket- it appears that it was damaged on the top - it was like they have tried to squeeze the flowers in and it was not large enough
Paid good monyy for an inferior product (flowers were really lovely on a good note)

I`m very happy with all the flowers I have sent to my relatives in Sydney. I decided I wanted Australian Florists because I would get fresh flowers same day..I`m from New York State,. Not once have I been disappointed...My sister is the recipient, my Mother was too but she passed away in 2015. This time I chose the mauve roses..they were perfect for my sisters love of the Victorian era.. She was so happy with them. I order online however 2017 I spoke with someone from FFE,
She was charming and professional.

I think that the company should look at changing their delivery people. The flowers I ordered were meant to be delivered on the Monday and finally got delivered on the Wednesday because they couldn`t find the address. On the plus side customer service staff did all they could and were very helpful and the flowers were beautiful.
