Service rating : I ordered mid-morning and was a little worried with my order because I didn`t get a confirmation straight away. So I called just to be sure it was placed and the lady who answered explained that sometimes the confirmation email doesn`t send straight away. She was so helpful with my questions and assured me that my delivery would be on time and sure enough - it was delivered early afternoon. Thank you so much!

Service rating : As far as we know, they havent even been delivered, its almost a week later now. They didnt get answer on door, apparently recipient had 2 doors and didnt go to the door the flowers were taken to as its rarely used.
They never bothered to get in touch and tell us. We thought it funny we hadnt heard from friend about recieving them so made enquiry and this is what they eventually told us.
We paid a lot of money and it was very important to us that they were delivered. As far as we know they havent been yet and we have no refund as yet. And have to do all the chasing ourselves. They didnt even ring to explain. We could have asked friend to go and pick up. But they will be wilting by now. Very very disappointed and upset tbh.

Service rating : The flowers arrived on time (the only positive thing I could say about them), but after specifically asking the customer service person on the phone about the quality of the flowers (this was for a business purposes and we wanted the flowers to be something special) they arrived with all of the leaves half eaten by insects. It was very embarrassing for us after we were sent a picture of them by the client. I will never use them again

Ordered online for flowers to a hospital in another city. Ordering was pretty easy. Wasn`t sure how long it would take to deliver so called the number to get an idea. The person I spoke with said I was close to the cutoff for the day`s delivery but to get the order in quick and they`d do what they could. I did, and the flowers arrived within an hour or two.
