Service rating : I was disappointed they could not supply the rainbow roses i ordered, but they rang and we decided on a mixed bunch of pink and white, and i understand they can only work with what they have in stock, just wish they had tagged the rainbow roses unavailabe at the moment and i would have been able to choose something i could see in a photograph online, seeing what you are sending is important. it has to compliment the occasion.

Delivery by 2pm was half the price of the flowers and it didn`t get delivered until after 2pm. The florist called the delivery point to see if the flowers were delivered which intern spoilt the surprise!

Service rating : The ordered rainbow roses were delivered 3 days earlier than what was specifically stated. The gift card was wrong and my message was written in the most shocking matter, i think a 5 year old could do better. When I complained about this, the lady could only offer red roses as a replacement on the right date.
