I have used this company many times, but probably won`t again. Flowers were out for delivery 45 minutes after ordering, which was great. What has put me off using this company is what occurred with the delivery driver phoning me. He phoned me and told me to come out to his van to get the flowers. I repeatedly told him I ordered them and am not the delivery recipient and that I am in Brisbane - not Sydney. He just kept telling me to come out the front and get them. I kept repeating myself, however he didn`t seem to understand what i was saying - I repeatedly asked if he could hear me and he said yes. I felt that he lacked basic language communication skills. I was left feeling worried that my delivery may not be safely delivered. Thankfully it was. But next time, I`d rather avoid this stressful 15 minute conversation and use another company. Read More |
