Service rating : My review is based on the flowers and service I received ordering them. I ordered these flowers for my mother-in-laws funeral service. I requested they be made into a wreath. The flowers were absolutely beautiful. It was exactly as I had hoped. The customer service representative was very helpful and accommodating to my request. I have ordered flowers from these guys a few times and have never been disappointed. The delivery unfortunately was an issue. The flowers were requested to be at the chapel at 11am. They were delivered half an hour before the service started. At a time when we as a family we’re distressed, I had to deal with delivery drivers lack of knowledge of Sydney roads and gps co-ordinates calling me several times to find the location. His lack of English unfortunately made it very difficult in communicating with him. In all honesty we did not need the added stress on a already difficult day.
