Service rating : Lovely casket flowers looked beautiful, arrived on time, and were of excellent quality and freshness. Only problem was the description said Iris was one of the main flowers. I rang to confirm that Iris were indeed anailable, as I thought they were out of season. The helpful phone contact person actually contacted the supplier for me and confirmed yes they could do Iris. However when it arrived no Iris, purple Stocks had been used instead, but I had particularly chosen it because it had Iris, and would have chosen a different one if I knew.
