Service rating : Hi there - I have used you guys for several years to send flowers to my mother in Sydney as I live in Auckland. She always loves them which is good. All schedules have been met until this year. I ordered her Xmas flowers on the Wednesday from memory. She didn`t get them on Xmas day, but on the Saturday. She said not a hassle but thought I would let you know. I do believe I gave you enough notice to get them to her by end of Thursday. Not a real stress as she was happy but they were a day late. However, there is a fault in your online system - after I entered details of the address, it preesented on my screen with the phone number twice instead of the business name of the address of the intended destination. This necessitated a call to check the address had been received correctly. some customeers won`t bother calling - they`ll assume the system is faulty and move on to another supplier.
