Service rating : After 5 days the flowers were supposed to be delivered, I decided to call just to double-check delivery and for my surprise, I was told that it wasn`t delivered at all.
They offered to deliver after 5 days with an upgrade.
It wasn`t about the type/size of flowers, it was important to be there at the time the person was sick! :(

Service rating : I called in to fix a typo on the card and I was told it was rectified however when the flowers were received they did NOT fix the typo so my phone call was a waste of time essentially and I also wanted to change the delivery address, the representative who answered the phone was quite short with me and just wanted to hang up refusing to be cooperative, I ended up paying a second delivery fee which I was happy to do but the representative was not friendly at all and initially told me it was not possible, that’s why I’m docking two stars. The flowers were as shown and delivery was done correctly to the right address.
