The flowers arrived on time etc, but were extremely disappointing as regards quality....they were limp, obviously close to their use-by date, and should never have been sent to my wife.....they were thrown out 48 hours after being received.
We requested an apricot colour roses, which were supplied, but they were just so tired. A big disappointment on what should have been a surprise arrival on a special wedding anniversary day.

Service rating : Offered same day delivery, did not deliver and did not tell me that they could not even though they knew about the error. Only found out when I chased to ask where the delivery and they said they are delivering the next day. What wants Valentine flowers the next day. When I spoke to them about it they didn’t care. DO NOT USE THEM!

Service rating : I was called after the deliery time - and told that it wasn’t going to be delievered.
Then I asked for a refund to be processed - the man I spoke to said they were sorry and would do that straight away.
And got called back 4 days later saying I hadn’t indicated what I would like to do.
Then it was processed.
A lack of integrity and credibility on two sperate instances.

It was terrible the service because they
left the flowers down on the mail boxes instead to warn the person by her phone or to ring the bell.
