Only improvement, if it was in the slightest feasible, is a little way to delay delivery for say a few hours if possible. Sometimes, and as it’s such a broad spectrum gift, or surprise, the planner(myself) could just have done with another half of an hour delay. ;) As it was this time, it could not have fit any better. Service rating : Hallo I rang Louisa and spoke to her re the flowers. I had ordered the creamy and white bouquet. The carnations were all crushed and wilted. The lilies were OK but the roses and the other flowers (I don`t know their names) were pretty ordinary. I am in Sydney at the moment and will send some photos when I get back to Adelaide. I would like a refund please. Product : I have used the top box for the flowers. The service was good however and Louisa said if I sent the photos in I would receive a refund.
