2020-11-04 Service rating : I ordered balloons and paid for them then was informed that balloons were not delivered in Melbourne so I ordered flowers instead. The flowers were not able to be delivered to hospital so were to be delivered to home address when they had not arrived I phoned and was told there had been an error and they would be delivered so they promised chocolates but no chocolates arrived. The flowers did arrive that day and they are lovely and fresh, very pretty so thank you very much. I ordered a pink teddy but a white one arrived.
