Unfortunately, the wreath was not delivered on time at funeral. It was a Sunday and I had no way to contact the shop as it was closed. The service time and detail of the funeral was clearly stated on the order. The delivery person called me 2 hours after the funeral service time. I was embarrassed, disappointed and stressed as it cannot be rectified anymore.
When I contacted on Monday, the shop floral consultant was kind, apologetic, refunded the money and offered to send flowers to the home of the person deceased. I accept their apology. I hope they rectify their delivery issues, however, I will not order anything from them on Sundays, specially for funeral.

Service rating : THe flowers were delivered on time however it was kept in a separate chapel which is away from the main chapel. I happened to see it by chance. The delivery person should have kept it in front of main chapel inside the building where other deliveries were also kept. Perhaps contact should have been made to say where the flowers were kept. Also the message in the card did not include who sent it, this info was provided online with the order. Not happy

I ordered online from the `States and I wanted to choose the perfect flower delivery based on reviews. Flowers for Everyone had the best reviews and the prettiest collections. Since I wasn`t able to attend the funeral, I didn`t know how the flowers would look. However, everyone wrote to me and complemented them. Their comments below:

When you`re ordering flowers from overseas, it can be intimidating. You don`t know the area or how the flowers are going to actually turn out.
