I had four deliveries due to be delivered on the 22rd of December to our solicitors firm in Sydney and unfortunately I found out due to Covid cluster there was going to be no one there at all as they were all working from home .

2020-10-28 Prompt delivery. However the app did not tell me that I needed to order flowers with the champagne that I wanted to send. It took me several attempts that failed I then rang the 1800 number. It took me too long to work out how to complete the app and the order. Once I got all the details in and the order accepted it was effective and efficient.

2020-02-27 Service rating : Great experience. Easy to navigate website, great selection of goods at amazing prices. Excellent customer service (as one item wasn’t available after ordering so they swapped it for something else) and a very happy recipient of the gifts that were delivered on time.
Product : Lovely gift but the “gift bag” was just a plain paper wine bag that came at a substantial extra cost than just ordering the champagne on its own. Probably not worth it.
