2023-08-10 Service rating : Fantastic! I got the address wrong and they sorted it for me and poor delivery person spent extra time to get my order to the correct address. The lady on the phone from FFE, was amazing, she was so patient and assured me it would be taken care of. Not to mention the recipient, she absolutely loved the flowers and candle, made her birthday extra special. She was soooo impressed by her bouquet.
