Service rating : They did arrive on time and the update messages on the progress of the order was great.
Product : I was actually really disappointed, the lilies were all closed, I get some maybe closed, but all of them, I had to look really hard in the photograph and multiple times to even see the lilies were in the arrangement and the blue flowers I think iris look wilted in the photograph when the person I send them to, sent through a photo. Then the balloons, while I understand the `boy` balloon may not have been the one pictured (although the one pictured was what I was wanting - at least in gold tone colors) the replacement one wasn`t at all the same colors and instead of a gold balloon there was an orange balloon that had nothing to do with the balloons or the flowers. Had the orange balloon been a lime green it would have at least matched the `boy` balloon and instead it stood out and wasn`t very nice. Just really disappointed, I try to use local people where possible and normally I`m really happy with the outcome, but not in this case. The toy was as pictured. 1 out of the 3 things ordered met expectation.

Please see your website pic for balloons, as to what was delivered, really disappointed with the standard delivered. Service rating : So many beautiful arrangements to choose from!! My friends just had a baby and I wanted to send them something. I purchased my arrangement but was unable to choose a weekend delivery date on the website. I sent an email asking if it was possible to deliver the arrangement before Monday, unsure of when my friends would be discharged from hospital. Craig Mckellar emailed me back saying that he called the shop I had placed my order to and made sure that my arrangement was delivered that day (Saturday)! He also sent a follow-up email confirming that it was delivered! I am extremely satisfied with the customer service I received! Thank you for going up and above to help me welcome my friends new baby into the world!!!
