Service rating : Hi, I don`t often send flowers but when I do I use your company and have always had a fantastic experience. On this occasion it was for my parents 50th Wedding anniversary and we were extremely disappointed as the hydrangeas were burnt and brown, after one day shrivelling up. Compared to the photo on the website we received a sub standard. There were no orchids used and I understand that flower availability can be an issue but the replacement flowers were old and ugly. My mum loves flowers so we wanted to wow her on such a special day and i can`t express how disappointing it was that she received something like this. I would have preferred a call to offer other options because what we received was not acceptable. I have photos i can share with you.

I thought i was getting a large bouquet arrangement. Instead the flowers were arranged flat and so they lost the WOW factor I wanted. That was a real let down when I received them.

I called to ask about delivery to a funeral the next day, and was told flowers could be ordered that afternoon then delivered the day after, and would be at the church one hour before the funeral was due to start. This was how things happened, and the recipient was really pleased with the flowers - a huge bunch that looked precisely as they did on the website. Cheers.

Be aware that some of the bunches look as if they`ve been photoshopped onto the front of the person holding them (probably just for design consistency across the website), which might not give a good gauge of of size - look out for the pics where it`s clear the model is actually holding them for a better idea of bunch size.
