Service rating : Flower delivery was 3 days late, even though I had asked to confirm delivery which the confirmed and then notced nearly 24hr later that infact they hadn`t. Then it took the entire day to delivery that afternoon. Offered to include chocolates as a compensation, I declined asking to upsize the bouquet instead, which was confirmed. Had to chase two more times to get a confirmed delivery.
Upon delivery very disappointed in bouquet, very ordinarey. Despite all this, they had charged me twice for the order and had to request a refund for the extra charge. Will NEVER use this company again.

The pictures and selection on the website are really helpful and make choosing really easy. The order process was simple and my daughter received the bouquet on her birthday and was absolutely delighted. Really pleased, great service all round.

Service rating : I booked a flower delivery to Valla in NSW and I have used this company to send flowers to this address several times before. I was a loyal customer of Flowers for Everyone. The next day I was told that deliveries are not possible at this location. I phoned two local flower companies and they were both happy to deliver there. So I used one of them instead - and they were cheaper than Flowers for Everyone so you lost the business.

Product : Although the flowers delivered were still beautiful, i was disappointed as they looked completely different to the image shown online. I ordered the "standard" which was the picture shown. It featured 12 roses in total, with lilies and a pink/red/green colour scheme. Instead i received a bouquet with only 8 roses, lilies, with 2 kale flowers, and some small lilac flowers throughout. It was a nice bouquet, but it was not what i ordered.
