Service rating : Easy to order online; however, not everything I ordered was delivered…and what was delivered looked quite sad. Unfortunately, as the delivery was made just on 5pm on Christmas Eve naturally, there has been no opportunity for FFE to reply to my complaints. I’ve used FFE quite a few times and this has been by far the worst experience and am hopeful that it can be put down to the last minute Christmas rush of orders 🤞🏻 Oh, I did try to call them (about 2 mins to 5pm) and - this made me laugh - the out of office message said they were closed until April 14 and wished a happy Easter 😂 Product : It looked amazing…in the picture online. Service rating : The flowers were for my mum at Christmas. She had the best delivery experience. Normally delivery drivers are always in a hurry and don`t wait for directions to her unit (located in a retirement village), resulting in her having to go searching for them. The driver waited and listened to the full directions and then had no trouble finding her. The flowers are beautiful. Product : Had been using a different online florist as my last experience with Flowers for Everyone was not a good one. I called after placing the order as I needed the flowers to be extra special as they were for my mum, acknowledging her first wedding anniversary after dad had passed. Found the customer service person short and very non-caring in their attitude. Selected FFE for the Christmas flowers as I liked the arrangements better.
