Service rating : I felt that the service provided was insincere and superficial, have had way better service from other companies. Product : I recently ordered half a dozen red roses to celebrate the 6 months that me and my Girlfriend have been together. As we have have been in a long distance relationship, I really wanted to make this a special day for her. However sad to say that things didn`t go as planned; the flowers and chocolates were left with the doorman on the special day, and she wasn`t notified by anyone that they had arrived. In fact, it was only when she went out to start her day did she discover that she had In fact received flowers at all. Sad to say the flowers were in a wilted state, with the chocolates all but melted; although she appreciated the gesture, it could have been a more pleasant experience. I regret to inform you, that I unfortunately will not be using your services in the future following this. I have tried other flower companies in the past with much success, but thought that for this special day I would try a company that considered itself more premium and hence would justify its steeper price.
