Prompt delivery. However the app did not tell me that I needed to order flowers with the champagne that I wanted to send. It took me several attempts that failed I then rang the 1800 number. It took me too long to work out how to complete the app and the order. Once I got all the details in and the order accepted it was effective and efficient.
