Contacted the Manager, soon after; have not received a response yet. Just need an admission of fault and an apology. Service rating : The quality of roses is not to standards and they make decisions about changing what is advertised without advising. I ordered a BOX of 24 roses. They took it upon themselves to change the order and say it was a UPGRADE when questioned. To make it worse there customer service had the nerve to reply how boxed roses are runined inside a box, when in fact they are protected from wind dust etc. Just WOW, like I`ve ordered roses for 10+ years never have i heard such load of ****. The roses were fully open and flopping, in which i shared 2 images which clearly show how they arrived. I asked for the roses to be resent or refunded since they ruined the whole surprise. I`ve ordered roses from pearsons, mr roses and roses only. I like to try others sometimes due to same day services and this by far has been the POOREST service and quality seen. Stick to the above mentioned 3 companies they take pride in the service and quality of roses. They actually send you what is advertised & the roses are fresh, massive difference.
