Service rating : My order was for my fathers 70th birthday, to be delivered. They contacted me to check my order was correct ( I ordered a sympathy wreath as a joke, they tried to change my mind to a bouquet) but did not mention they didn`t have the box of chocolates I had ordered to go with his flowers. Then I received an email telling me this and what they had replaced the chocolates with, which was a happy birthday bar and an I heart(love heart picture) U block. Something I would have never send my Dad, maybe my husband but not my Dad. I had ordered flowers to be sent the same day with a gift to my sister too, they also changed the chocolate in her gift to something she hates!!! Both flowers were beautiful just be aware the add on gifts might not be what you want!
