It is important to remember that flowers are a perishable, natural product that will react to their immediate indoor environment and external weather conditions. Flowers For Everyone ensures that your flowers are of the freshest and highest quality and are hand selected each and everyday.

To assist in prolonging the life of your flowers, we recommend you read our Flower Care Guide to learn how to properly care for your flowers. 

Air conditioning, extreme heat or climage changes  may also have an adverse effect on the life of your flowers.

Urgent Delivery Requests

If you require urgent delivery on a Business Day (i.e. your order is placed after the above times AEST and you require same day delivery) please call Flowers For Everyone on 1800 66 66 46 or 61 2 9888 3878 during business hours Monday to Friday and notify us of this requirement.

Due to seasonal availability with certain flowers and arrangements pictured on this website may vary slightly in design or appearance to what is delivered. If a particular flower, product or container is unavailable, an item of similar quality and value will be substituted.

Some flowers are affected by delivery and freight schedules, we will endeavour to advise you should this be the case. Flower availability varies between states and sometimes within the state, the florist may use their choice of flowers to ensure your delivery is dispatched on time, for the delivery date requested.

Ordering from overseas and International Ordering

This website is for flower delivery to Australian Addresses Only.

Ordering from overseas for Australian delivery: If you are ordering from another country for delivery In Australia, order on line now! All prices quoted include delivery and are quoted in AUD$.

Need to send flowers from Australia to overseas destinations:  If you are in Australia, wishing to order for an overseas destination (ie. NOT in Australia) please phone 1800 66 66 46 or 61 2 9888 3878. One of our friendly customer service representatives will assist with your enquiry.

Orders for delivery OUTSIDE Australia can not be placed on line at this website due to the many variations between countries, minimum prices for orders and flowers available.

Flowers For Everyone will deliver flowers and gifts to most parts of Australia and the world. Please call to receive costings and flower arrangement options for the delivery destination you need. Delivery is usually available within 24 hours on Business Days, but occasionally may be longer, depending on time zones, local conditions and delivery location. Delivery of flowers on Sundays and Public Holidays cannot be guaranteed for international orders.

Unsatisfied/Returns Policy

In the unlikely event where the flowers delivered do not last 3-5 days and all general care instructions have been followed please contact us to discuss the issue.

*If the originally delivered flowers have been disposed of we cannot arrange a replacement , as Flowers For Everyone will not be able to assess the cause of the problem.

Cancellation of an Order

Please Note: ALL cancellations will incur an Administration and/or Processing fee. Please read our Cancellation Terms below.

Cancellations received within LESS THAN 24 hours notice prior to the scheduled delivery date will incur a fee of 50% of the total order value.

Cancellations received with MORE THAN 24 hours notice prior to the scheduled delivery date will incur a $15 administration fee.

Unfortunately, We are unable to cancel orders that are already prepared, or, are with our courier for delivery.

Refunds

Online Orders: All refunds for orders placed online will be credited back to the original credit card on which the order was purchased.

Telephone Orders: All refunds for orders placed over the Telephone will be credited back to the original credit card on which the order was purchased.

In store Purchases: Refunds for in-store purchases may be processed through the original credit card for which the order was purchased or by EFTPOS only.

Cash Purchases: A voucher for the same amount paid will be issued for all cash purchases.
