Flowers For Everyone Competition

Participation in the competition and the awarding of all prizes is subject to the Conditions of Entry and Prize Details. The Conditions of Entry and Prize details are displayed on the flowers for everyone website www.flowersforeveryone.com.au

HOW DO I WIN?

1. Sign Up to a Flowers for Everyone free membership between November 1st 2006 and 27th February 2007.
2. Once you have become a Flowers for Everyone member (and provided your personal details) you will be issued one electronic ticket into the draw.
3. If you are randomly selected from the entrants in NSW that have entered, you will win a bouquet of flowers every month for the period of one year, worth $1000 as 1st prize or a Westfield Voucher valued at $500 valid for six months from the date of receipt as 2nd prize or a gift basket, worth $250 as 3rd prize.

The winner will be randomly selected at 5.30pm on 27th February 2007 at 20-28 Maddox St, Alexandria New South Wales 2015.

ANY MEMBERSHIPS (ENTRIES) RECEIVED AFTER 5PM 27th FEBRUARY 2007 WILL NOT BE INCLUDED IN THE DRAW AND NO RESPONSIBIliTY IS TAKEN BY THE PROMOTER FOR ENTRIES NOT RECEIVED BY THIS DATE. THE PROMOTER IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ENTRIES INCORRECTLY COMPLETED/SUBMITTED OR FOR PROBLEMS WHEN ENTERING THE COMPETITION THAT ARISE DUE TO TECHNICAL PROBLEMS (I.E COMPUTER OR INTERNET CONNECTIONS).

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY AND PRIZE DETAILS

Information on how to enter and claim prizes forms part of these Conditions of Entry.

  1. Entry is open to all Australian residents who become free members of Flowers For Everyone between 6th November at 9am and 27th February 5pm.
  1. To enter:

Become member of Flowers For Everyone (www.flowersforeveryone.com.au) between 1st November 2006, 9am and 27th February 2007, 5pm.

  1. The winner will win a bouquet of flowers every month for the period of one year, worth $1000 (approx. 12 x $84) as 1st prize or a Westfield Voucher valued at $500 valid for six months from the date of receipt as 2nd prize or a gift basket, worth $250 as 3rd prize.
  1. The winner of the first prize will be sent their prize of flowers automatically on the first Friday of each month.
  1. The prize/s cannot be taken as cash. The Promoter has absolute discretion as to whether it will provide such consent to transfer the prize to a person nominated by the winner and need not provide any reasons to any person for providing or withholding such consent. If any portion of the prize is unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to award a substitute prize of equivalent value at its discretion, subject to the approval of the various State Trade Program Lottery offices.
  1. The winning entry for the competition will be randomly selected using 2003 Microsoft Excel, random number selection (as approved by the Department of Gaming and Racing). The winner will be determined at 5.30pm on 27th February 2007 at 20-28 Maddox St, Alexandria New South Wales 2015.
  1. The winner will be notified by phone and email by 29th February 2007 and the winner’s details will be published on the Promoter’s website www.flowersforeveryone.com.au for the period of one month from 2nd March 2007.
  2. The Promoter may conduct a redraw at 11am on 3rd April 2007 at 20-28 Maddox St, Alexandria New South Wales 2015 if the winner is ineligible for a Prize or if a Prize is unclaimed. The winner will be notified by phone and email by 3rd April 2007, at 12 noon and the winner’s details will be published on the Promoter’s website www.flowersforeveryone.com.au for the period of one month from 4th April 2007.
  3. The claiming and collection of the Prize by the winner will be subject to security and verification checks at the absolute discretion of the Promoter.
  4. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter, and employees and any other agencies involved in the competition shall not be liable for any claims, losses, damages, injuries, costs and expenses suffered, sustained or incurred (including but not limited to indirect or consequential) in relation to, arising out of, or in connection with this competition and/or its prize.
  5. All entries become the property of the Promoter. The Promoter’s decision on all matters pertaining to this competition is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  6. All entries will be entered into a database and the Promoter and /or the Promoters' sponsors/agents may use the entrants' names and contact details for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes in any media worldwide without notice and without any fee being paid unless otherwise advised by the entrant. The entrants are aware that by entering the competition they will benefit from promotional information communicated to them from the Promoter at any time.
  7. All entrants agree to the use of their name, address and photograph for promotional, marketing and publicity purposes, including television, internet, radio and any other forms of media as required, without compensation.
  8. Any memberships (entries) received after 5pm Feb 27th 2007 will not be included in the draw and no responsibility is taken by the Promoter for entries not received by this date and time.
  9. The Promoter is not responsible for entries incorrectly completed/submitted or for problems experienced entering the competition due to technical issues (i.e. computer problems or internet connections).
  10. Entrants’ personal information (“PI") is collected to enable the Promoter to administer and promote this competition and its winner. The PI of winners may be provided to others to assist in administration of the Program including the supply and fulfillment of the prize. The winners’ PI will be retained by the Promoter for only as long as required by law. Inc certain circumstances, the winner’s PI may be provided to regulatory authorities upon request. Entrants may contact the Promoter at the address given below to request access to any of their collected PI.
